Cheryl brings over 25 years of knowledge and executive leadership experience in both the non-profit and government sectors to her coaching and consulting practice in the areas of informed governance systems, leadership development, strategic and operational planning, performance evaluation, stakeholder engagement, facilitating meetings and managing change.  

Cheryl is a seasoned Executive Director who always brings a compassionate, value-based approach to support the mission and vision of organizations she works with and within.  She is a creative problem solver who loves working alongside others to create thriving cultures, strong teams and organizations.  Cheryl believes in bringing integrity and professionalism to her work, leading with courage and heart, and openness to continual learning.  

As a member of the International Coach Federation, Cheryl holds coaching certifications from Royal Roads University as a Certified Executive Coach (CEC) and through Integral Coaching Canada® as an Integral Associate Coach™.  Cheryl is certified in the NOVA Profile, an assessment tool to support personal and professional development of individuals and teams through creating a better understanding of individual behaviour patterns, skills, psychological types and motivations. She is also certified in the change management process in accordance with PROSCI methodologies and tools.
